BMSHS Eileen O’Connor Weber Scholarship Application
ELIGIBILITY:
Any senior graduating from Briarcliff Manor High School who is planning to attend a four-year college and who has demonstrated their interest in local history by volunteering at the Briarcliff Manor-Scarborough Historical Society.
AMOUNT OF THE SCHOLARSHIP AWARD:
$1,000
APPLICATION MUST INCLUDE:
1. A completed application form below
2. A high school transcript
3. The recommendation of a teacher, administrator, counselor at Briarcliff Manor High School or an employer
4. A statement of a Voluntary Community Work
5. Please email the above 4 items to: mail@briarcliffhistory.org and make sure to include your name and reference this Scholarship
BASIS OF AWARD:
The scholarship will be awarded to the student who has demonstrated a high level of academic achievement, and an interest and commitment to our community. The Scholarship Committee may request a personal interview.
DEADLINE:
The completed application with supporting documents must be received by April 15th. Successful applications will be notified by May 4th
