Ask for a membership envelope and include your name and
address. We’ll send the envelope to you by return mail.

• Send us a check, made out to “BMSHS” and mail it to us
at P.O.Box 11, Briarcliff Manor NY 10510. Please include your spouse’s
name, if applicable, and your complete address, phone number and
your email address. If you donate to a special fund, please indicate fund
and amount on your check’s memo line. Many thanks.
